There’s been quite a few comments about this photo on the Flickr version:
– the Zaara St power station (top left in the photo) was operating by 1920
– the State Dockyard is not visible (opened in 1942 according to our catalogue)
– also, no Nobbys beach pavilion (opened 1935?)
So after 1920 and before 1935 is a rough date range. This is great detective work!
