Sandra O'Hara says:
The era is late 1950’s early 1960’s as this is the swimwear that my mother and grandmother were wearing in photos of the same era.
As for the location, the only ones with a signal station to be seen from the beach are Byron Bay Beach or the beaches that Middle Brother on the mid north coast can be seen from.
This is from my memory of holidays in each location in the 1970’s.
Cheers
Judi says:
Aloha! Servus! Buenos dias! Ave! (Okay, so that last one is a dead language).
Anthea Brown says:
@Fiona Crikey, how could I forget G’Day!
@Beachcomberaustralia, sorry had to moderate your comment, an historical moment? I actually didn’t get the joke; Fiona had to explain it to me :-O
@Sandra Thanks for your guesstimate and memories.
@Judi What better day to use a dead language than on World Hello Day :)
Dave says:
main()
{
printf(“hello, world\n”);
}
Anthea Brown says:
@Dave Nice, I didn’t think of programming lingo :)
