A moment in time……

A government building that we haven’t posted about yet is a Hospital. The hospital below was built in 1883 but as to where it is located is a mystery. There are patients sitting on the side verandah and it appears that only a dirt road exists for access.  Is this the entire hospital or just a ward of a large medical establishment?
