After the challenge of the last Moment in Time here’s something that is (hopefully) a little bit easier…a view of Circular Quay.
With any luck the cityscape and wharves can provide the clues that we need to date this photograph.

This image shows an alcoholic beverage price list at Sydney’s Central Railway Station. Clues to the date could be the beverage sizes, the types of beverages available and the prices!
This photograph of Skiers outside Hotel Kosciusko in Kosciusko National Park holds some clues to its date. The clothing and hairstyles might be a start and the car and buildings may provide a few more clues. Can you help us date this photo?
And they’re off! The horses are a blur but the people are looking at something. The clothing and the buildings will hopefully hold the key to solving this Moment in Time.
This week we head back to the park theme and head to Hyde Park, Sydney. Just look at that traffic, or lack of! Today, people still relax in the park for their lunch break, however the trams are long gone.
